Pick a different location!. Seriously forget this location. Worst service I have ever received. they completely messed up my order. When I asked them to fix my order they were very rude and claimed they don’t make what I asked for. Then why is it on the menu outside?! Not the first time they have messed up my order, given terrible customer service, and refused to fix the problem. From reviews on other sites I’m not the only person to be given such awful all around service. Keep driving to another Sonic or go someplace different for food if you don’t want to eat the most poorly prepared and incorrect food possible while being told to deal with it.
Fast service, terrible food. Good fast service, but the food is unlike any other sonic that I have been too. The bun looks like something sat on it the cheese is never melted and the sand wishes are cold. Have been there several times and always the same experience. Horrible. Do not go to this sonic.
NKC Sonic. DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC LOCATION!! I have gone there several times trying to give them another chance, but every single time I go, the food is gross. One time, I bit into my corn dog and it was completely frozen inside. Today, I tried it again and my fries were barely cooked and my cheeseburger was so cold that the cheese wasnt even melted. I can understand having one bad experience, but after trying it several times now, Im officially done. I just hope I dont get food poisoning after today’s lunch.
