We ate here today and the whole family really enjoyed the homemade pasta and sauce. Portion sizes were just right not too big and not too small, bread was warm and delicious. Service was great! From our family there were NO complaints! 🙂
Service was excellent, courteous, friendly, professional a 10. Food was a 2. My favorite soup was dry, partly because it was too thick with noodles, I ate it with a FORK! My lasagna was served in a huge bowl with so much sauce over it that it LOOKED like a soup! I rescued it by digging it out and putting on a plate. The hamburger was scarce and cheese filling way too much. This ristorante is off my list.
Delicious every time. Most of the pasta is made in-house. This time I got the chicken marsala, which had a delicious flavor but the sauce was thinner & lighter than what I’ve had in other restaurants. Still good. Hubby always gets the spaghetti meat feast. Delicious bread. Atmosphere not the greatest but not the worst either. A little bit Italian diner.
I have been to Salvatore’s twice now and both times have had a great experience. I’ve tried 5 different entrees, salads, and dessert during these visits and everything has been delicious. No undercooked or hard noodles as stated in other reviews(they make the pasta fresh right there how could it be hard?). The prices are very reasonable, in fact they could raise prices by $2 on everything. I expected to wait 20-30 minutes or so for dinner, it’s not a fast food place after all, but both times service was very prompt. I’ll go back again. Check it out if you’re looking for fresh homemade italian food.
Delicious pastas. I have been in during the day and seen the owner making them by hand, so I asked and apparently all the pasta on the menu is homemade. The bread is also delicious, and had excellent service, even on a crowded Friday night.
Tried to eat here twice, never could get service the second attempt, the first time out was going to take almost an hour after we already waited 20 min. The food may be good but the service is awful. Walked out both times.
BEST STEAK EVER!!. My husband and I have date there almost every Saturday night. He always has the steak, I try something new every time and it is always perfecto. This time I ordered the steak, and I now know why. It is the BEST STEAK I have ever had.
