Very good food! Very fast and friendly service, will be visiting spring creek again very soon! Thanks for a wonderful lunch! Dessert was to die for. Get there early if you are in a hurry to eat. Food is definitely worth the wait though.
Although both prices and quality are good, service & friendliness are in short supply. This is not a place to linger, you will be asked to leave. There is always a wait. They are not always good with an estimate of how long you will be waiting. Honestly, Lola’s a few miles away is much better & the wait is shorter & the staff friendlier.
I can not say enough great things about this place. It is amazing! Very dear to my heart! Food is cheaply priced and it’s so delicious and creative. Dessert is amazing. This place is like a hidden treasure of Ozark. I was introduced to it by coworkers and now I told about 50 of my friends about it. We all go regularly. Travel 40 minutes to get there! The owners are so sweet! The only downside is that the wait is so long and frustrating. About an hour at a time. But makes it even more worthwhile.
Love it!. Delicious and healthy food! Pleasant staff! The wait can be a little frustrating when I’m in a mood…..but will continue to drive the extra miles for it! More soup please! You guys should maybe get in on the cupcake craze! I think yours would be highly marketable:)
The food is AMAZING!! Everything that I have tried is delicious…including the desserts! It is only open for lunch so there is usually a wait, but you can shop in the antique area. Service has always been great! Most people are aware of the popularity and seating issues so hanging around after ur done eating just to talk isn’t an issue. 🙂
Love their food but dining in is stressful. We order from Springcreek regularly and have rarely been disappointed in the food. The veggie sandwhich with artichoke jalopeno spread is my favorite but almost everything I’ve ever ordered has been good. I love their house salad and flavored tea. The desserts are really good. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the high quality and amount of food. They do not give you dainty tea room portions. For this reason, Springcreek is very popular. I rarely dine in because they are usually so busy. They do not have a lot of tables. People are always waiting for your table so it is no place to go and linger over lunch. If you have a party of 5 you can make a reservation but they are strict about having everyone there before your party can be seated. They will also move you along for the next reservation. The parking lot can also be horrendous. I enjoy their great food but lunch should be enjoyed not stressed over. Just go pick up your lunch and take it down to the park or the hosta garden until they decide to expand.
Rude Restaurant. I met some friends whom I had not seem in a long time at the Spring Creek Tea Room for lunch. We had been at our table for less than an hour when management told us to leave because our table was needed for another party. It was the rudest treatment I have ever received at a restaurant and was very embarrassing. The lunch was ruined.
