Decent but not worth it the price. So, as other people have said, the staff here is very friendly. The food though isn’t that great. I had the beef plate dinner. The coleslaw has no flavor at all. Just cabbage and water. The hot sauce is like McDonald’s BBQ sauce. My baked beans were good though and the beef was good too. Probably won’t be back though.

Great people and good food. Walk in the door and they treat you like family. The food is good, but it’s the people running it that keep me coming back. I love going there because the way I walk out feeling full of food and love.

Generic everything. The food was good, but was overpriced. Both times we went, the ketchup and BBQ sauce was so watered down, it was almost like colored water. The sides are very small portioned. Even the fountain soda seemed off- honestly I suspected it wasn’t truly CocaCola. For the prices, I expected a little better quality, and not to be bombarded by all the obviously generic everything (why water down generic condiments???). This review is based on two visits. If I return, I will bring my own ketchup and sauce.

BBQ??. I must start this off with a positive, the people were really friendly. If we are strictly going by taste and quality, I give them and F-. HORRIBLE. I went with a friend on a week night. First, the menu is WAY overpriced. First thing I saw was a 16.49 big sign for a half rack of ribs. Ok, so why not give them a shot??! OHHH, but they ONLY serve ribs on Friday and saturdays after 4:30????? Why even advertise unless you can sell it to your guest?? Ok, so on to the food. I got a pork dinner for the variety aspect to give a fair review. it was $9. With no drink. The kid’s meals were $5 with a meat and a side of fries and a drink. I got my plate and it had beans, cole slaw, new potatoes and pork, with a roll. i first tried the beans. They were CLEARLY NOT done. They were hard beans. The cole slaw, totally flavorless. Tasted just like raw cabbage. The pork, dry and I could have made more flavorful at home. The new potatoes…absolutely no flavor to them and extremely dry. The kid’s meal I bought for my child had the chicken strips that are precooked and you can buy at Sam’s club. The fries were good, but just typical precut and frozen fries. I could have done that at home. The seating was awful. The table and chairs did not go together as we sat down, so the chair was much lower and the table was up way too high. It was just an awful experience. I am all about supporting small businesses, but I believe the people running this business got in way over their heads. I know if I were to own a business in the restraunt industry, I would want an honest opinion to see where I could change and how I could grow my business. So I really hope these folks can turn most everything around and be successful, but at this rate, I feel it is highly unlikely.
