The Belton/Raymore Minsky’s serves great pizza and the servers and management are always very hardworking and have always provided great service every time I go there.
I’m a big fan of Minsky’s Calzones. I’ve never been a big calzone fan until I tried theirs. There are a lot of options and a delicious choice for someone who can’t decide would be the Cordon Blue. I only say that because I’ve seen a lot of people eat it and everyone says the same thing, that’s it’s great. I also love the Buffalo Chicken, but if the stringy carrots aren’t your thing then don’t worry because it’s good with or without them, I sway back and forth on that. But this Minskys is good, it stands up with the River Market option and the one by the plaza. The Manager at Raymore is awesome though, and the service is way faster then it is at the one at the River Market, although that on is still good too.
Love Minsky’. The gourmet cheese is one of the best things I’ve ever had. It was recommended by the friendly staff. Now we order it every time.

Best Pizza around. We eat at Minsky’s in Raymore frequently. It’s the best pizza around and they have great servers. Love the fact that the manager is always on the floor checking on customers.
Just recently moved back to KC from Denver and Minsky’s was one of the places we couldn’t wait to try again after 15 years of being gone. The visit certainly did not disappoint! Great Pizza!
