Friendly Staff. Staff is very friendly and service pretty fast given crowd size for late night scene. Would like to try the food sometime. It’s always great to have some friendliness and big smiles which Bobby’s employees always have! It always is a turn-off when in a service industry folks just try to get their paycheck and don’t want to satisfy the customers. Would reccomend Bobby’s for drink prices also and it’s definitely a popular place.
So-so. Good service and lots of room and tables. But smells like vomit and have yet to go where something wasn’t wrong with the food. Last time I went, cheese sticks still frozen and wings were very dry. Floor is always sticky. Bathrooms clean.
Don’t use credit card here.. My credit card was charged multiple times in the days after I visited Bobby’s. It is not safe to use anything but cash- so would not recommend.
Great place that STINKS!. I really like this place. Good bar fare. Very nice staff. Good location. Great game day and happy hour specials…..BUT it WREAKS of cigarette smoke! Even the smokers in our after work happy hour group commented how bad it is. I’ve been to Bobby’s 5 or 6 times and never when it’s been over 1/3 full. We work in St. Charles city and usually head down right after work. A couple of times there were maybe 15-20 people in the bar. Still, a bad smoke odor. Although I’m not a smoker I believe it should be up to the owner how they handle this issue. If the problem was mitigated even by 50% I would likely go back. As I said, I really like everything else. But until I hear the coast (air) is clear neither I nor our work group will be going back. C’mon Bobby! Please fix it!!
Bobby’s Place St.Charles. Named for Blues player Bob Plager. A very good sports bar. Comfortable and clean. The food is fresh, the beer is cold, and everything is reasonably priced. We had a group that tried burgers, pizzas, and appetizers. Everyone was pleased and we all said we will be back. They have a number of late night drink specials to attract the younger crowd. Would be a great place to watch the NCAA Basketball tournament. Would be a great place to watch hockey playoffs if there were a hockey season.
I love this place! Especially the ST.Charles location but both are great! I love the daily food and drink specials. This place has more than just bar food. I really enjoy the blue burger and pizzas but the firecracker shrimp pasta is my favorite ! Oh yeah and the Mac and cheese. Service is great and the manager Chris is great! 🙂

Been going there since the place opened’The staff welcomes you as soon as you step in the door and they all work so hard to provide you with some of the best service on Main Street .Everyone on the staff is so friendly from the cooks to the bouncers.You’ll never see such a group of beautiful young ladies that actualy will take the time out to know you as long as they are not busy ,mostly after 9 or during special events when the place is crowded,They all try their best to give you the best service and bring you your order as quick as they can. The girls behind the bar will tell you the names of everyone who is working that night and they all will try their best to make your visit memorable. {side note ,you’ll remember them just the way they are}You’ll love all of Bobby’s beauties, as most of the people that visit the place do.The place has some of the best food and drink specials in St Charles that will have you come back again.Give them a visit and try to pick your favorite Bobby Girl {good luck with that} Go there once and you’ll be back again…… I’ll guarantee it
