I ate here last night with a friend. The service was excellent. The food was amazing. My friend ordered the rigatoni carbonera, and she said it was the best she had ever tasted. I tried it and it was great. I love their house salad dressing. The quality of their food is always great.
Long time favorite place.. We love Fratelli’s. We have eaten here many many times. ++ The alfredo sauce is made with real cream and cheese from scratch as are the other sauces, pizza dough and sausage. The eggplant parm is made from fresh eggplant as well. I know people love to hate iceberg lettuce because it is out of the current fashion but sometimes a lettuce with a little more structure is needed for creamy dressings. The homemade house dressing is wonderful. The chicken spedini is always perfectly grilled and juicy and the St. Louis style pizza is my favorite of that genre. The food and service are always consistently great. Neighborhood gem!
Thought it would be a nice Italian restaurant. The food was fair to tasteless. They should know how to make a basic Alfredo sauce.

Better than I expected. We ate here a few months ago, but I’ve been too lazy to review it. When we walked in, there were only two other tables filled and they were both old couples. The decor was dated. This did not look promising. I ordered the rigatoni and my companion ordered the ravioli with meatballs. To my surprise, it was good! The meatballs are ginormous! More people filtered in as we finished our meal including some groups of teenagers going to their homecoming dance. I came in filled with dread and left happy.
Yum. Order the filet! Those are three words to live by. Yes, it’s in a flippin’ grocery store strip mall, but if it were free standing the hype from critics and reviewers would drive the price up (it’s not like it’s the cheapest place now) so let’s just keep it a secret between you and I. GO HERE EAT, DRINK, BE MERRY!
