I used to love the weekend breakfast buffet at the Golden Corral but today I was very dissatisfied with the bacon. It was thick slab bacon. Most people like crispy bacon and when you get slab bacon crispy it becomes like old shoe leather that is unchewable.
Breakfast is great!. If you want a real treat go to the omelette bar! You can get the chef to put together all the fresh ingredients you could possibly want into one really awesome custom treat! I don’t know of any place that you can get this quick and personal service for this price! The food that is on the bar is good too, but that’s not why i go. I’ll grab a few sausages to go with my omelette and that’s plenty!
Breakfast Feeding Trough. I travel a bunch and ate breakfast here because it was close to my hotel. For $7.95 this a real deal. I had an egg white omelet made at their omelet station. I asked the maker to decide on what to put in the omelet and was blown away. Also had the blueberry pancakes and they were very good. You are not eating at the Ritz here, but if you need a big breakfast for just a few bucks this is not bad at all. Only had breakfast here, so cannot comment about lunch or dinner food.
