This place is incredible!. I’m really not much of a gooey butter cake fan – well, I thought I wasn’t – but now I’ve found the real thing and I’m in love! I turned it into a sundae with two scoops of ice cream and hot fudge on top. My girlfriend got the gooey butter cake milkshake and it was pretty yummy, but I definitely proffered my sundae. I should also note that because I’m a huge chocolate fan, I tried the gooey butter brownie. While it was delicious, I would still pick the original every time! This place is awesome, old-times and has great staff. Check it out!!
Amazing–Must Try. What an awesome little place to visit for sweets!! The Gooey Butter Milkshake was outstanding. Taking my son back there for his birthday, he loved it that much. The owners were so nice and made sure you felt special. This is a must if your here for a visit….but you will want to keep coming back for more!!!
Fantastic!. Great little local stop in historic St. Charles. Definitely try the Gooey Butter Cake Milkshake – but share it! The Root beer float was okay. Ambiance is very cute, and the personnel are very kind!
Susan W, menu lacking? It’s a soda fountain, and more. Atmosphere? Uhm…, it’s a soda fountain! Might make more sense to comment and vote on the soda, shakes, candy and gooey butter cakes. BTW, Gooey butter shake was even better than I had hoped.
Wonderful!. Great milkshakes. The Gooey Butter Shake was amazing and huge! Three of us shared one and it was plenty. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and gave us some samples of their other products. We will be back at Christmas for shakes, gooey butter shakes, and their delicious rose rolls. I can’t wait!
Oh. My. Word!!. Gooy Butter Milkshake – probably the best milkshake I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve told a lot of people about it too….and I was there a few weeks ago….and I’m still talking about it!
My New Favorite Place. Yummy with a capitol YUM!! The soda’s are wonderful! The shakes are supreme!! The atmosphere is funtastic!!! The service is out of this world!! Don’t think I will ever drink a plain old soda again!
