Poor service and okay food. My husband and I ate there recently. We ordered an appetizer of fried pickles, which took awhile to come out (just a few minutes before our entres), but was very good – the best part of the meal. The kitchen was out of part of my order and did not inform me until they brought my incomplete meal out. I know kitchens can run out of a side, but they should let the wait staff know that, and at the very least inform the customer when they receive the order, rather than bring out an incomplete meal. The entrees were just okay. Not horrible, but nothing that would inspire me to go back. The service was slow with the waitress not checking on us for drink refills until we were both totally out for awhile. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Horrible Service, Rude Staff, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I’ve been here enough to know how bad the service is (waiting 15 minutes for your bill, 10 minutes for a refill, 10 minutes for a napkin,etc.), but today the poor service and rudeness was over the top. I arrived for the lunch buffet and got a tiny bit of salad and a few wings. After I ate this plate the buffet didn’t have any more hot wings or lettuce or pizza left. I waited 40 minutes and requested new food during this time. After the 40 minutes of waiting they ended up bringing a bowl of lettuce out. I complained about the unacceptable buffet after waiting 15 minutes for my bill and they took my soda off (of which I only drank half of one glass because I was waiting for food the entire time). I said that I still didn’t feel it was fair because I didn’t even get to eat a meal and I’m leaving hungry and the only reason I ordered the soda was to drink it with the wings (which I didn’t even get to eat any after ordering the soda). She went and got the manager and the manager was the rudest person I’ve met in my entire life. She immediately got hostile and defensive and implied that I was lying and there is always food on the buffet. She then blamed the poor buffet on me saying I should have requested more food (even though I did request more food!). She must have awoken from a nap on the bottom of the ocean because she was extraordinarily crabby. She ended up ripping my check up and storming off. I can’t see myself ever going back to a place with such rude management and poor service. I put up with the poor service for this long because I love their hot wings, but after this dreadful experience me, my family, and my friends wont be returning. I can’t in good conscious give my hard earned money to such a poorly run establishment. I would much rather support a place with good service and friendly and grateful owners.
A must try!. Great food! Cajun wings are by far the best! Nelly is a great bartender as well. Service is slow but worth it. Highly recommend.

Food is ok, not the best as people talk of. The service sucks. I have been here twice now and the same lady with blonde hair rather smoke and gossip with the regulars and not be prompt in taking orders…
A good place to eat. ..but the service is extremely slow. I met my wife there for lunch, on a workday, and it was so slow that I finally had to ask for the food to go. 45 minutes from sit down, to getting food in a bag is NOT good for a lunch joint. Food is good, service is friendly, but DON’T go if you are on a schedule.
