It was terrible #1 me and my mother and brother waited a hour before we finally got a table. #2 we waited almost another hour for our food. #3 when we did get our food me and my brother ordered a burger the bottom of our burgers were burned and the fries were under cooked. #4 my mother ordered pasta and it was over cooked and it was so gooey. #5 and final reason is our waiter was so unprepared she started making excuses about why she was no good. She and my mother didn’t leave a tip st all instead my mother put very unhappy with the service on the bill. And all this stuff your reading is from a 11 year old girl even i know how to give better service then that o’charley’s!

Love O’Charley’s. I have had service issues here a couple of times, but nothing that was really bad or that wasn’t apologized for, or made up for in some way. And you know what, those issues don’t even matter because the food here is so good! Prime rib or ribeye are my standard orders here. They top the big name steak houses, hands down. The rolls, oh my gosh, the rolls. They are unbelievable.The salads are fresh and cold, also. I carry my own pepper grinder for the salad since they stopped providing fresh ground pepper some years ago. I was told they were discontinued for health reasons.
Great food and reasonable prices. Anthony the waiter was great.
