Took forever to get our food. The order was wrong. Will not return! The food is inexpensive but not good. I was not given a receipt. The last time I went there I was disappointed also so this was giving Rally’s another try and was disappointed again!
Used to be good, now I wouldn’t get close. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here to eat. Rally’s used to have good quality food but now it is unedible. The last time I went here was on 1/3/11 and they didn’t give me a receipt, they gave me fries dripping with grease that got all over my car seat, and they gave me a made up sandwich that doesn’t even exist on the menu. I contacted corporate about it and they completely ignored me. Spend you money at a family owned place instead. The time before this visit the steak sandwich I got had globs of white fat covering the meat. It was one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen in my life. I wish I had a picture of it, unfortunately I only have a picture of the grease soaked bag.
