The St. Louis arch is nice and all but Sugar Fire BBQ is the main attraction! Make sure you order the Meat Dady if it’s your first time to get a good taste of everything they have! #TexasApproved

I was very pleased with the experience here. The menu boards are a little busy and confusing, but the staff was very eager to help make decisions and even offer up samples. I had the brisket plate worth jambalaya and greens as sides. They were all very spicy, but terrific just as much. My 5 year old had ribs and apple sauce. She loved the ribs and the applesauce appeared to be home made. The atmosphere is awesome. Very retro with lots of alternative choices of beverages. I like it a lot. I love when places offer up tons of variety not often found in other places. Sugar Fire delivers. I will definitely come back.

Turkey=ridiculous. Sides=unbeatable. Service/staff=nicest, most fun people ever! Seriously one of my fave restaurants ever. It’s also super fast, which is nice when you’re in a hurry but want a yummy meal!

We eat here often enough that they know us. Rarely a bad meal and the line inside moved faster than expected. The only weakness lies in the car hop service. Only go the car hop route if you are in no hurry and want to relax on a bench; which is nice once in a while. The best foods: I love the burgers! My wife is a fan of any of the Mexican specials. As for sides, the rack n cheese and buffalo tots specials are great! Really, all of the food is great quality. Some of the specials that are on buns are a bit of a joke b/c I’ve never met someone with a mouth big enough to eat it like a sandwich. But that’s not a bad problem to have 🙂

Good pulled pork. We usually get the potato salad but the last few times it has been mushy. Way too much sauce on it! The combo of mayo and mustard is good but just too much.

If I die in a pool of white BBQ sauce, it will be a righteous death. SO, SO GOOD. EVERYTHING. ALL OF IT. MORE PLEASE.

Good BBQ in St. Charles. I am so glad to see some good BBQ places here in St. Charles! (I’m sorry, but Lil’ Mickey’s is not very good.) My wife and I both enjoyed Sugarfire. It’s got a great ambiance, and the food is delicious! I ordered the brisket sandwich, and my wife ordered the pulled pork. Both were great (I usually prefer brisket to pork). Good flavor, tender, but I was looking for a little more smoke. Sugarfire also has some awesome sides. The fries and potato salad were each very good, but the home fries with green beans were surprisingly delicious! They were my wife’s favorite item!Sugarfire offers a lot of different sauces, including one made with coffee. These are a lot of fun to try. Our family will definitely be back!
