RUDE SERVICE. Takes forever to get food and service staff is rude. Serves imitation crab. Waitress chased a member of our party OUTSIDE to the parking lot to complain about a 20% tip one of the OTHER members of our party had left. Our large party of six will never go to back again.
Good value sushi; the AYCE option is the way to go if you like it. The nigiri always is fresh and well done; rolls, if you like them, are fine. I’m not a fan of American style rolls, with lots of cream cheese, etc, but some like them. For me just give me simple tuna, salmon, yellowtail or eel nigiri, and I’m fine.

Saturday Lunch. I’ve been to the other two locations and now tried this location. The service on a Saturday lunch was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were provided for throughout our meal. Considering the fact that it is a sushi joint, food reception was still pretty fast from order to table. The resturant dining area and restrooms were kept clean and orderly. will be returning again.
ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!. I usually go to the one on Dorsett which is AMAZING!!! But after I heard they were opening another one at St. Charles, I decided to go try it out. The Sushi Ai at St. Charles is SOOO GRAND, you would think it’s an expensive sushi place because of the whole environment but it’s still the same good price. The waiters and waitress are wonderful with their wonderful service. And the food is PERFECT; fresh fish, great taste, and everything is so fine!!! I don’t usually comment on websites but this is just toooo good to not comment =)
Great Sushi Buffet. The sushi ai in St. Charles is the 2nd location of the owners in Maryland heights. This one is in the strip right at 70 and Zumbehl next to the St Louis Bread Co. They have a great selection of Sushi. I got the lunch buffet with drink for under $15. All made fresh on the spot, and its all you can eat! I was stuffed! As of Jun 28th Ive been to this location 3 times.
