Worst location ever. The service sucks, we were seated, got our order which was cold and never saw our waitress until we got up to leave. I would recommend not going to this location ever. The one in chester il is great. Nice people, fast and friendly.
Used to be good, but definitely has gone downhill in the last few years. And when they have music it is way too loud and noisy. So we don’t eat there any more.
Well Chain Food. Heavy processed with preservatives and lots of Sodium – Salt!!! Don’t waste your time or $$$$
The fajitas are good and so are the monster burritosChips and salsa pretty good tooThe soppapia desert is very good
Chimis are good and lunches are a great bargain. Good service, too.
Mediocre food. I went to the Tequila restaurant on Wolfrum Road with my wife and parents. I ordered the fajitas while my wife had the chimichangas. The meat for the fajitas tasted decent, but my sides, including refried beans and Spanish rice, were cold. I didn’t think three small burrito skins were enough for an entire skillet of meat and the pico de gallo, guacamole, lettuce, and sour cream. They skimped on the guacamole and sour cream, too. When I ran out, the waitress didn’t offer to bring more. My wife thought her chimichanga was good. The outside was crisp, the meat tender. She avoided the rice and beans. We all enjoyed the margarita pitcher. I could taste the tequila, as though they may have ventured past the insipid drink mix, but when you name your restaurant after that key ingredient, it should be above average. In summary I felt it was mediocre. There was nothing unique or creative on the menu to separate it from the other moderately priced Mexican restaurants in St. Louis. Cold flavorless sides designed to look pretty next to the entree and skimpy portion sizes made for a pretty forgettable meal. Unless I have a hankering for just margaritas and chips, I won’t be rushing back any time soon.
Used to love it, now it’s nasty. This restaurant used to be pretty good, however, now I think the food flavor has went to nasty. I tried to eat my chile relleno, and just could not eat it. I can not describe the flavor of the dish. There are better places around. No need to waste your time here.
