We are very fortunate to have this wonderful meat market at the entrance to our subdivision. Its a joy to have such quality meat so close by. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. There is also a section for sandwiches.
We went to the Ferguson, location, then the Florissant location and now the O’Fallon location. The italian sausage or Sausitsa is the best you’ll ever have!
This place is a little pricey to buy meat at, but when it was grilled up it was the best steak I’ve ever had.
I stop in and buy meat for dinner occasionally. They are friendly and I always find something good. They also give suggestions on how to cook certain meats.
If I want to impress my guests, I buy my steaks from C. Rallo Meat Market. High-end restaurant grade gourmet cuts you cannot find anywhere else.
