Yum!. Always thought my fav sushi experience was in a small restaurant outside Chicago. Chef Chris created my new favorite…. Service was friendly attentive and professional. The roll was a delicious balance of flavor and texture. Not sure about others experiences as I can only speak for mine which was beyond what I had expected and was rewarded with an off menu roll by chef Chris that was phenomenal….
I ate at Kitaro last night with my boyfriend and the food was amazing! Our server was polite and fast to serve our needs. We will definitely be going back for our next dinner date.
Dinner. The best sushi in st.louis. Great menu items, the hibatchi was very fun and exciting. The staff is wonderful and nice, I will tell all my friends to visit Kitaro!!
I ate last night at kotaro and the food was great I ate in the hibachi table and the chef did a great job the Waiter was nice and took good care of us I can’t wait to go back and eat again…….
Gave this restaurant a second chance with same mediocre results. We like sushi very much and again found the prices very high for, at best a mediocre result. Service is great and bar is good. Will not ne eating there again
One of our favorites!. We’ve been to Kitaro’s about a dozen times. We love it! Their lunch specials are pretty affordable, especially considering how good the food is and how much you get. Dinner is also great, just more expensive. The lunch buffet is great too, great value, great food, just get there close to eleven. when they open. One time, the hibachi chef messed up and cooked a lobster tail. No one at the table had lobster, so he cut it up, and the table got to split it. Overall, highly recommended after multiple visits. I can’t say enough about the lunch buffet, it’s a great day when you look at a piece of sushi and you just can’t eat anymore.
Great for kids. Interactive hibachi dining. Beware of noise level. Extremely loud, but fun. Higher priced, but not outrageous. Would come again.
