  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! We had a family function and afterwards unfortunately chose here to eat afterwards. We had 2 people who forgot to RSVP, no problem anywhere else right? WRONG! Julie, who was helping show us to our reserved area, decided to take it upon herself to be incredibly rude to our guest instead of simply grabbing two more chairs. She rudely informed them that they could eat in the lobby away from us, but they had to purchase food for them to stay. She was actually so rude that the guest decided to leave instead and sit in the parking lot to wait for the others to finish. The event was at 3pm on a Sunday so they were no where near busy! Also, we had a wheelchair bound person with us, that we were rudely scolded for not disclosing that when the reservations were made. Food was okay but nothing crazy good, and the portions are on the smaller side especially for Italian food. Our servers were great, but when two of your family members are sitting in a parking lot there is not a lot that can recover the meal. After our first, and only experience it is safe to say that we will never be coming back to a place that treats their patrons as such!!

  I used to be a regular here at the local Madisons Caf until the quality of food and customer service took a steady drop. I did not want to give Madisons Caf another try since my last occurrence, but my sister insisted. Tonight, we stopped in for dinner and ordered our favorites, the combination salad and pasta con broccoli. I was displeased when my sister pulled out a piece of grey hair from her salad while the owner continued her conversation with another table. Instead of addressing the issue, she decided to make a joke out of the situation. The waiter must have thought you ordered the Saharra salad. After the awkward silence, she agreed to take the half-eaten salad off of our tab. When the owner personally delivered our food, I was surprised to learn that the noodles were under cooked and the burger that my father had ordered did not have cheese. Sadly, this is not the first time Madisons Cafe has put a bad taste in my mouth. We will not be back anytime soon.

  Had to cut my meatball sandwich with a steak knife. It was that chewy. On the positive side, the service was good.
