Delicious food, great patio.. We went to Massa’s Italian Grille (Winghaven location) last night, a group of six. We sat on the patio, it was a pleasant evening. Our server was very quick with our orders, drinks, food. We had the Mussels for appetizer and they were very good. The broth they sat in and the bread to soak up the broth, all good. Our meals were the Italian Special sandwich, Baked Mostaccioli, Meatball sandwich, Chicken Parmesan sandwich, Tutta Mare and Lasagna. We all enjoyed the food. Everything came out hot that was supposed to be hot. I feel bad for those reviewers that had a disappointing experience. We had a great time, food was delicious. We will definitely recommend to other friends and we will return.
Delicious neighborhood restaurant. We’ve eaten here 10+ times. Each time, the service is quick, food is hot and tasty, prices are reasonable. During happy hour, the place is packed! Lunch special prices are good….and you get plenty of food. Outdoor seating is FABULOUS. I love looking at the bird houses on the water. The string lights around the fence makes for a beautiful atmosphere.
Very disappointed. I too am a very disappointed customer, hadn’t been there in awhile & went with a group of girls. Seems like it is more of a bar with a small dining room to eat in than a restaurant with a bar, even seemed to have more smoke in the dining room in the bar area. Service was slow, all of our food didn’t come out at the same time and when the one meal finally came out it was cold & they had to make an entirely new meal which by that time all the rest of us were done eating. The room is dark and just not very welcoming- we were very disappointed as we meet for dinner once a month but can assure we won’t be going back. This apparently is good/jumping place for a happy hour!
Yuk. This place is horrible. We’ve been here several times and EVERY TIME the waitress messes something up. The food isn’t good enough to compensate for the poor service.
This is an amazing place! The staff are so increditably attentive and friendly. We frequent Massa’s at least once a week … sometimes 2 or 3 times. My cosmo on the rocks is amazing … heavy pour! We love their pizzas and the peppe sauce on the medallions! The patio is amazing. It was a spring/summer restsurant until the smoking was banned inside which was awesome for us! I can’t say enough good things about this place which is also very convenient. I love it … I guarantee you will love it and if by chance something isn’t right they gladly make it right! Everything is 125% … I love it!
Black pizza. I ordered carry out pizza today. One medium cheese for my wife and a large for myself. I took it home and when I put it on the table I opened the box and it was burnt . Not a little but a lot. I can’t believe they would let it leave like that but they did. I paid $17.50 for a large 3 topping burnt pizza.I have pics of it in case anyone thinks I’m just trying to get a free pizza. I’m not a complainer but this was crazy burned. I did eat part of it because I was hungry and I didn’t think to take the pic before I started tearing it apart to try and find edible pieces.
Fantastic. Went to this Massa’s for the 1st time and let me tell you we walked in and got seated right away our waitress was awesome and the service was great also we got our appitizers about 10 min after we ordered them then our dinner about ten min after that everything was delicious overall the experience was great will be back
