Wow would think a steakhouse could cook a steak, wrong. Ordered a medium steak. First one came well well done. Held it up to the waiter and he looked at it and said there’s no way that medium. I’ll get you a new steak. 15 minutes later the new steak arrives. Cut into it and it was raw. Not pink, raw. He looked at it and said well that one it thinker so it’s harder to cook. Really that’s how things work the steak is to thick to cook right?

This is easily the best Outback I’ve dined at. The environment was clean, hostess was cheerful, the server was extremely attentive, and the manager was an active participant on the floor. A rare treat!
The worst dining experience I have ever had at an OSI group restaurant.. Time after time this restaurant has given me awful results. From a waiter changing a tip on the receipt, to a managing partner who by legally definitions harrassed my family and I, this Outback has problems. I caution anyone considering this particular Outback location, if you have good service, it is nothing more than a lucky break, because the service is consistently inconsistent with every variety of service and management failure a restaurant can have. As a person who once loved Outback, I can with near 100% certainty say that after attending this Outback too many times, I will not be dining with Outback again. If you must have Outback, do yourself a favour and travel to another location!
When I just don’t want to cook it myself. Typically if I want a good steak, I’ll buy a good cut from a local butcher shop and cook it myself. However, when I’m just feeling lazy but still want a good steak, Outback is always a top choice. Their curbside service is especially handy, as I can go online and plug in my order. Then I can just swing by on my way home from work, have someone bring my order to my car and be on my way. Typical favorites: Outback special (cooked rare – since the steak will continue to cook slightly after being removed from the grill/on the drive home, so it ends up being closer to medium rare by the time I get to it); and the ahi tuna appetizer.
