Pasta House has raised their prices for food that isn’t worth the cost. We were weekly customers but now, we won’t be going back. The food doesn’t justify the cost hike.
Carry out. I ordered carry out this evening and although the order was not 100% correct they totally rectified the situation and then some. The service (hostess) and manager were great at fixing the problem and even went above and beyond. The food was exceptional, I would totally recommend Pasta House in O’Fallon, MO.
Poor Carryout Service. Called ahead to place my order for a simple carryout Salad. With nobody else in line at the carryout stand, my transaction took 15mins from the point I arrived as the hostess searched for my order, only to find it under the counter, then was interrupted by the General Manager who seemed oblivious to my transaction in distracting her.After paying she remembered to offer me bread, which took another 5 minutes to produce. Upon arriving home, no plastic silverware or butter for the bread (which should be assumed). I hesitate to cast blame at the hostess, she was distracted by the rudeness of the GM interrupting the transaction. Will take my c/o business to Madison’s Cafe in the future, as they seem to offer similar menu/prices and have a much smoother/organzed process.
Delicious. Been here at least 20 times and food is always delicious. Salad is the best. Nice servers. It does not stink in there. LOL
Overpriced and you can easily make better pasta at home.
Horrible pasta that sat under a heating lamp until the noodles were dried out. Overly sweet marinara sauce. Ravioli seemed like reheated frozen (but I’ve had better frozen). Salad was good but the carpet stank old and dirty. Drink menu proudly states thee use of Pepe Lopez in their margaritas… #puke
