Great food bad flooring choice. For every thing I had it was priced well enough that I could get my money’s worth and still leave a good tip… But word of caution to elderly and well just any one for that matter… I could have fell and broke my hip three or for times and or slid off the bar and cracked my skul open with how SLICK. Wonderful!. My husband and I love eating sushi and we were very hesitant to try this place due to the poor reviews. But an All-You-Can-Eat Sushi place? We had to try it – even if it was horrible. Turns out our fears were for nothing! We went for lunch, got seated quickly, got our drinks and our order in and it was only a few minutes before our first rolls were out. The staff was quick to refill our drinks and get us any new rolls we wanted. The food was great! It could have been a fluke, but we’re going to go back again!
Getting Better. . .. The first time I went here, the sushi was nasty. The shrimp tempura rolls still had frozen veggies and I sent it back and told them the only crunch I wanted was from the shrimp and the masago. I concur with most of the other reviews that the service is not the best. However, since I eat here once every week or two, they know me and all it takes is a raised eyebrow and they come over. The food is by no means great but they hired two new sushi chefs the last couple months. The sushi has improved drastically since.While getting better, the sushi and service are still mediocre. I’ll go there for lunch. For dinner, I’ll take my family to OI Sushi down in Chesterfield Valley and once Crazy Sushi reopens in St. Peters, that’s the best sushi you’ll ever have in St. Louis
Worst sushi I’ve ever had! We eat sushi a LOT and should have known better! I asked people on FB where to go and what I should have asked was for a recommendation by people who are very familiar with what good sushi is. My husband and I both considered it disgusting and left our meals on the table after one bite.
Waitress was very nice and stood by our table the whole time, so service was great. Food, not so much. My husband’s nigiri was all warm..ick. Two orders of shrimp tempura and a shrimp tempura roll–none of the shrimp were cleaned out! I should NOT ever have to look at shrimp and see their digestive tract. I always order shrimp tempura at sushi restaurants, and I have never seen that before! If they start cleaning their shrimp out, I’d go back.

Love it! I discovered this place on one of my frequent trips to the area and really enjoy this place. The food is made to order so if you come at peak hours it may take a little longer but I’ve never had a problem waiting at all. The waitresses are nice, maybe a little shy, but they’ve always been great to me. I’ve eaten here with friends, clients and alone and have always had a great meal. Definitely the best bang for your sushi buck.
