Visited an Egg and I in the Fort Worth Texas area and loved it. This one? Not so much. Waitress was devoid of personality and complained about how busy she was. Ordered the Parisian eggs Benedict and the most of the egg whites were still jiggly and raw. I waited for her to come check on us so I could send it back but she didn’t come back until everybody else at the table was finished and it was time for the check. I love that they give you the carafes of pop and tea, but wondering if that’s to allow the waitress to ignore their tables longer? On the plus side…the ranch potatoes were amazing. Not enough for us to return though.
