Best fish in town. A friend at work told me about AAA Fish House just a few weeks ago.I have been back 4 time already. Is the best fish in town I say try it. I travel from 270 & Hallsferry Rd. along way. I call in my order and when i get there it’s always ready.
Good tripes. I have tried a lot of tripes since the old Hi wil rest, on Elliot street back in the day, but this is it. I tried one on 04/03/2012 and i will tell you that this is the best tripe in the Lou, just as they advertise. The woman that took my money was nice and curtious as well as the man that took the order. I came quite a ways to try this tripe and i will be returning this friday to purchase 4 or 5 and i will be trying the Buffalo fish . The timing was good, because a tripe is not a hamburger, so i don’t mind waiting, especially since it is worth waiting for. Thanks AAA for such a good tripe and i will be spreading the word.
I ordered there 2 weeks ago and the person on the phone told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes after I placed the call I waited for over an hour to get my food. Now today I order and I’m told 20 and it’ll be ready once I get there a female tells me that my order wasn’t taken and ask if I can wait which I’m unable to do. I call and ask is there a coupon or voucher I can receive for the inconveinence and the lady tells me no then hangs up. I was a huge lover of these place but after this I can honestly say I will not be back and will share my experiences with other.
Absolutely delicious!. Possibly the best tripe sandwich I have ever had! And the buffalo tasted like my great aunt’s. Fried to perfection! Just wish they stayed open a little later! Oh well there is always tomorrow!
