This is the best coffee shop in STL, hands down. Wonderful coffee sourced from the best roasters all over the world. Friendly staff and the best pastries you can find.The prices are entirely reasonable for the supreme quality. If you want cheap coffee, drink folgers. If you want some of the best coffee you can find, go to Comet.
My fave coffee in STL-& I’ve tried them all. Among the Lou’s many fine local coffee cafs, Comet stands out for their genuinely friendly, helpful staff who really know coffee. That and their wonderful baked goods, just as sweet as the delightful young woman who bakes them.
