Very tasty pork on the tacos but the shell was disappointing. Shrimp and mushroom chimichanga was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Service was speedy and friendly.
This is usually one of our favorite restaurants. This time, had to ask for chips and salsa, had to ask for silverware after food came out, order was messed up. Then not even 5 minutes after food was fixed, waiter kept bugging us asking if we wanted our checks. Disappointing. 🙁
Pathetic, sat at table for 15 minutes before waiter acknowledged us, NOT BUSY AT ALL!!!
The food is unbelievably good BUT the manager Victor at Las Fuentes on Telegraph rd is less so. He is rude, unhelpful and just plain terrible. Why he is the manager is beyond me.
What you see is what you get. This inexpensive Mexican food. That being said, service is always prompt, the orders are accurate, the margaritas are strong, and the food is pretty tasty.
It wasn’t our first time there, but it was definitely our LAST. Small – very small portions on Chicken Muchacano. Watery and bland Pico de Gallo – NOTHING fresh about it. Watery beans – watery rice – Very bad excuse for Mexican food.Our server was good.There are so many great Mexican restaurants in the St. Louis area – Don’t waste your money at this restaurant.
Las Fuentes- Telegraph. We are regulars at Las Fuentes- at least once every two weeks. The biggest reason is the people that work there. They are very friendly and the food comes out extremely fast. This is particularly important when you have two small children! Very kid-friendly place. I would recommend the Tacos Al Pastor.
