Yummmm AGAIN!. OMG – ate here again – FAB. If you don’t like this place, you need to go to Applebee’s.14 Mar, 2013Yummmmm!. Love this place! I’d like to eat my way through the menu. I’m staying at the hotel and have eaten here both nights. Excellent all around!
Never going back. Went here tonight for dinner. The service was terrible and the food was cold when we got.

I don’t keep returning because of the service!. This place has something going for it no other venue in the Loop does- a rooftop! Great view of STL. Great craft drinks and decent happy hour. Been here twice and the first time my boyfriend and I enjoyed mussels and frites. Both-decent. Their full bar and knowledgeable bartenders make the experience even more enjoyable. HOWEVER- HR must look for individuals that hate working in the service industry to work here. Both times I’ve been, the service has been horrible! It is like these servers are getting paid to ignore you! Although, I have worked in hotels before, and all hotel servers seem to act similar! Come to experience STL and to get a good drink.
Surprisingly Good!. Based on other reviewers, I had low expectations. But both my wife and I were blown away with the quality of the food and the attentive service. My pork chops were cooked perfectly, and my wife loved her chicken with risotto. Maybe we just caught them at a good time (630 on a Friday), but we will definitely go again.
The food was pretty good, however it took forever to even get service. It wasn’t even during peak hours (midnight!). Once we ordered it took over twenty minutes to get our appetizer. At one point another server had to help us because ours had gone missing. Although the food was good, it was overpriced and the service was awful.
Great!!!. I have been to this restaurant many many times. Never had a problem with the service, food, or drinks. Only complaint is that service is slower here.. But that’s how it always is. Food is absolutely excellent, as well as the atmosphere and style
