I don’t appreciate artificial taste and color. The tastes were so fake, they left behind an unpleasant aftertaste. I would go back if they decided to serve frozen yogurt with REAL tastes, and I wouldn’t mind to pay more for that.
Nicely lit and bright ambience. At night it was a bit bright but inviting. I’ve frequented many frozen yogurt shops across the country so I was eager to try this. Unfortunately when I walked in there was a very foul, rotten egg smell. I thought maybe related to a sewer backup but found out later that others that come to this location have experienced it before. Rumors had it that it was related to milf or bacteria in the stainless units not being cleaned. Anyway, I tried it. The toppings were generous and the yogurt was creamy and nice texture. It tasted good but I noticed a somewhat chalky after taste. Net, a nice store- clean, etc. but the smell detracted from my experience and the chalky taste would not bring me back. I prefer Orange Leaf when I travel.
The best!. Best ice cream/yogurt in STL!!!
Your dessert, your way. FroYo has a wide variety of flavors; many fruity varieties, from strawberry to mango, as well as specialty options like cake batter and Reese’s peanut butter cup. It will take many trips to try all of them. Cake batter was very true to taste, Reese’s was a little off to my tongue but still yummy. And the toppings are nearly endless – sweet, fruit, liquid, candy, it’s all there. At $.40/ounce it’s a fun challenge to decide what’s worth it’s weight in calories.
Usually a fan…. Although FroYo seems to be the only one of its kind in stl, there are lots of better froyo places out there. but i wouldn’t usually mind, it’s still not bad for what it is, maybe even good… but just found it almost ridiculous that the three times that i went in at 11am, nobody was there. i had to wait at least a good 15-20 minutes for a worker to come in and then set out all the toppings. i guess it’s my fault for wanting froyo at 11am, but at least push back the opening hour to 11:30-12?
Clever Idea. Really like the idea of making your own dessert just the way you want it.
A little disappointed. If you are used to eating ice-cream or frozen custard, you will find the flavor of this lacking. You will need a lot of toppings to dress up this yogurt.Didn’t care for the chalky tasting chocolate frozen yogurt, the vanilla was so-so.
