Worst service ever! I have never before in my life not left a tip, but here I did. Waited over an hour for food, couldn’t find the server to ask what was going on, we were given no explanation or apology, then waited 20 minutes after we were done eating to get our check and then waited another 20 for the waiter to come pick up or credit cards. On the way out we asked to speak to a manager. The girl turned her head and told the manager we wanted to speak to him, like he was standing right next to ger but on the other side od the wall, but after 15 minutes he never came out. I don’t hold the staff responsible when they are so poorly managed and don’t have a decent example set for them. This is beyond disappointing considering the food is good. I will never go back!
Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for cold food. I cam buy tostitos at Kum & Go. Waited 10 minutes at register for change. In the whole time we were there we never saw a manager. Will never ever ever go back.
Great wings and great service. My kids (4/5) love the mild wings and the kids menu is a great value.
