Disappointed. Longtime customer until this past Saturday. Discovered menu changes. Our favorite plate was changed in portion and price. Also, waiter didn’t exactly make us feel welcome. Just got up and left.Won’t be back.
If I’m hungry when in Springfield. Cheddar’s always hits the spot. I always get the steak and ribs combo. Be prepared to wait in line though.
Great food great service
Took my girl here for our 1st date. Prices are great, portions are more then enough, and food tasted amazing. I would for sure reccomend it.
Never again. Seriously, after this I’ll never trust my boyfriend when it comes to chose a restaurant. The food is all about the size, not quality. I mean I don’t care to pay the same money for a smaller size, but better quality. It’s just a chain where people go because everyone goes there. I don’t like it… We have so many local restaurants, doing their best to serve fresh, authentic and best quality food!!!!
Terrible service waited 27 for cold dishes!! Food dried out ;alfredo & chicken when i complained~ waiter brought our cold sauce. Hubby saud pay & not come back but $50 wasted!!
Yum!. I absolutely love Cheddars. I had no idea it was a chain until a few years ago, and to be honest now that I know I wish they’d open more in Springfield! For the amount you pay for food you get beyond your fair share. I have never left this place hungry, and I always have enough left over for lunch and dinner the next day. I switched from ordering the entree of chicken strips to the appetizer size and still have left overs. Sometimes service isn’t fantastic but they employ mainly college kids who know this isn’t going to be their career.
