Dont order delivery. I ordered two meals an they were large meals they get here with my food an its not the large meals this is the second time they done this I order there all the time so I called talked to store manager he said sorry said an took my name an said they would make it right so a few days go by an I call an they give me a run around then said I didn’t order large I will never order food or eat at this place again
Not as good as anticipated. The Good?white moist chicken, good portion, quick service, clean dining areaThe Bad?General Chicken advertised as spicy and not spicy at all, only carrots and broccoli (no onions, peppers or other veggies), chicken was breaded for cashew not general, veggies were more raw than cooked

Great food and delivery service. Ordered an assortment from the menu. Everything is delicious and our delivery time was only 25 minutes. Mushroom chicken, orange chicken, pot stickers and crab rangoons are great. Good amount of food for the price. Egg rolls were great too!
W. BYPASS LOCATION. Great prices!! Best fried pot-stickers and chicken fried rice!! They are so fast and it’s really clean restaurant!! Glad we finally have good asian food on the northwest side of Springfield!!
Wow only great 50% of the time….NEVER again. Don’t order from here. We have ordered 2 times from them once online and once over the phone. The first time we waited over an hour for our food that we ordered online. We finally decided to give them a call they told us that they didn’t check the fax and forgot about us. That they don’t know when it came it and it wasn’t their fault. Also that we shouldn’t order online anymore if we want our food they would prefer us to call next time. It wasn’t anyone’s fault but theirs that they didn’t check the fax where their online orders come in on.After telling them that we couldn’t get a compensation nothing for waiting 2 hours for our food.When i asked who is above jimmy(or johnny whoever the gm is at the china wok off of west bypass), he wouldn’t tell me he said that they would throw in some extra egg rolls for the trouble but he wont give me a refund for the food.That GM was rude and not only rude but wouldn’t fix the issue. Then one the second time, the gentleman who answered the phone was rude and you could tell he didn’t care and more than likely didn’t take our order. We were told 30 to 45 minutes for our food. We were waiting and waiting nothing. Then they called us an hour later when it was already suppose to be there we get a call from them saying that they lost our order and they were going to give us store credit (not a refund but store credit). We were fuming because this had been the 2nd time in a row that this has happened.The manager wouldn’t even get on the phone he had some girl that every few seconds had to go ask the GM a question on how to do things. Not once did he get on the phone to fix the issue.Finally they took the card info again in hopes to refund our money after we made a fuss over it. Once we got our food it was old like crab ragoons rubbery old, the chicken was soggy and old, the shrimp lo mein was old i mean old, and egg rolls were still cold in the middle. Wow china wok I have only ordered from you 4 times and your only great 50% of the time. I wish someone knew how to get a hold of the manager and fix the issue because this has happened 2 times in a row! I am close to never ordering china wok ever again.
