I had dinner here the other night and really had a nice experience. It’s a casual restaurant/bar with good beer, wine and food choices. My server said the chicken and waffles and the Civil Burger were two of the most popular items. I was in the mood for fish so I tried the salmon filet and it was fantastic. The fish was cooked just right and served atop a mound of spicy fruit salsa that just made the dish. The potatoes were nice and hot and perfectly cooked–crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The steamed broccoli was very good as well. The Grenache blends are some of my favorite red wines and they had a very nice one on the list by the glass. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this spot.
