Waited over one hour for our food. Did give a discount. The four of us believe our order was not turned in. People came in after we ordered ate and left before we got our food. Ate there many times . service has gone down and quality of food also.
The spinach dip appetizer was good. The garlic rolls were good. The entrees were bland. The afredo had a very unique flavor. The lasagna was just bland.
Don’t bother, I’ve heard the food was good, when I went there I was ignored at my table for 15 minutes. No drink order no nothing. The hostess was rude. I went to my car and called to speak to the manager Mary Ann, got hung up on, called back and spoke to her- before I could finish my sentence she told me she was to busy to talk and to call her back…. My recomindation is Nonna’s they are just down the street. They are nice, professional, and the food is to die for!!!
Great food and inexpensive as well. You have to try the chocolate torte but make sure to share it. It’s super rich!
If Only. The decor and atmosphere are nice, staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. Great service, fair price and clean. All of the positives makes it difficult to say that the Fettuccine Sauce and Pasta were very bland, although the presentation of the entree was beautiful. The chicken was delicious but that is only part of the meal and when paired with a pasta and sauce you expect more. Portions are very generous! Other diners around me seemed to be thoroughly enjoying their meals so maybe their specialty is just not Alfredo sauce.
Great Staff, Consistent Food. Best Spaghetti/Meatballs in Springfield. The Chicken Cesar Salad a must order. Weak spot – Chicken Alfredo. Too thick, pasty. Eggplant Parm a good choice.
We’ve been here before and it was good, but the last two times we ate here I was disappointed. My husband and I took his parents here for dinner and we all had a bad food experiences. The staff was friendly that wasn’t the problem. I ordered one of the weekend specials, Salmon florentine, and it was awful. The salmon was WAY overcooked. It was tough and covered in what looked like spinach dip. Also the menu said it came with veggie medley and garlic mashed potatoes. The potatoes were not mashed, but looked like some potato chunks that were fried with garlic, and the veggies were almost gray looking as if they came from a can and had been cooking in a crockpot all day. My husband and his parents all ordered chicken dishes, which they said were all tough and over cooked. The only thing we enjoyed was the bread and salad. I wish they had told me earlier than after we left that their food was bad too, I would have complained and tried to get our money back. I really liked this place when we first went there, but it just seems like maybe it’s gone downhill.
