Ate here three years ago when visiting. Was not impressed, Visiting again, forgot about the last time. Ordered El Puente fajitas. The dish came out with several chunks of what appeared to be pork ribs including the bones mixed in with the other meats. Really odd. I picked them out. Very bland but the portion size was good (until I took the pork out). Non-existent service. Chips and salsa dropped off without a word. No refill on my drink. Now I remember why I was not happy three years ago. Nothing has changed. And, no, it was not busy.

Worst service I’ve ever had.. We have tried this restaurant once before. We thought the service was poor, but we enjoyed the food. We decided to give it a second chance. We were seated fairly quickly, and only waited a few minutes for someone to drop off chips and salsa and leave without a word. We then sat for at least ten minutes with no drinks. Several servers walked by and some even looked at us. Finally, we were approached and offered drinks. We were obviously finished looking over the menu, but he sat the drinks down and left before we could even ask for an appetizer. Another 5-10 minutes go by before we finally get someone’s attention to order some queso. Again, dropped and gone. Another 10-15 before they took our order. Ran out of chips. No one noticed. Ran out of water. Never refilled. Our server had a blue tooth in his ear the whole time and numerous times we saw him just roaming around looking at his phone. I NEVER complain at restaurants, but when the host asked if everything was ok, I just couldn’t keep my mouth shut. He just said they were very busy that night. There were many empty tables and many servers. I’m a server, I could have handled the whole section. Will not return, which is a shame, because the food is pretty good.
