Terrible. The food was vastly under seasoned and honestly gross. Very disappoint and upset to have wasted money on a bad experience.
Drink the beer don’t eat the food.. I hate to give a bad review, but I have to. On the plus side, the beer I had was superb, an English style ale on tap. Sadly it’s the only thing I consumed there that I liked. The Bangers and Mash were bad, the Fish and Chips were hideous, and the Toffee Pudding was a major let down. I can’t remember what the third person ordered, but it wasn’t good either. I go to England on occasion, and was delighted to see these things as choices. If you work at this place, please review your recipes and figure it out. What were you thinking putting a banana in the pudding? Trying to cover up the awful taste of the toffee? It is your highest priced dessert; I expected it to be your best. The service was decent. Someone tell me what to order if I go here again.
Had stopped going while they were downtown due to poor service and increased prices. However, decided to try the new location and am VERY pleased! Good good as always and now a good atmosphere and service has been much much better.

Rude. Two Sundays ago I saw their FB page said they close at 4 and we showed up at 3:12. I remember the time because they saw us walking up and turned the Open sign off. We had walked in and instead of acknowledging my girlfriend and I they ignored us and put the chairs up. Most of the chairs were already up. The bartender even saw us and never said anything. Change you’re closing time if you don’t want to do your job. We went to Chedders up the street and were still done before 4.
An English Pub in Springfield, MO. The hospitality is wonderful and the owner/chef very personable. The food is Not your traditional bar and grill food, it’s eclectic and delicious! The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is quaint. Gotta love an indie restaurant that streams Jerry Garcia in the afternoon.
