Has been better. The first time my husband and I ate here, we really liked it and thought the food was great! Recommended it our son and his girlfriend and they really enjoyed their Living Social meal deal. My husband and I went to dinner last night on the Living Social Deal and were rather disappointed in our experience overall. The truffle chicken pasta was tasty, but not one of the best as far as pastas go. We also got the Bistro steak and found that although the steak was cooked perfectly, the accompanying sides left a lot to be desired. The white bean cassoulet tasted like it had been made with a sweet vanilla milk (very strange!) and my personal taste does does not generally favor Brussels Sprouts. Sadly this experience doesn’t make me want to go back right away.

Expected Better. My boyfriend and I were on vacation and was heading back to Missouri. We stopped here to try it out. All I can say was the customer service was horrible, it took forever for my boyfriend to get refills on his drink. All we saw was the waitress (all) were standing at the bar talking and not even serving or going by seeing if we needed any refills. The food was ok, but not worth the price

The food is real good and is a lot better than the other boring places to eat on the north side of town. I have recommended this place to many people.

Expected Better. The service was poor at best and our food was cool and overcooked. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told that the manager does not work weekends? I have been to Fire and Ice in the past and everything was good but that has not been the case for my last two visits. I expected better.

AMAZING restaurant. I love this restaurant! The atmosphere is classy, but comfortable. The food= AMAZING! They have the best steaks in town. I also love their lunch menu… very affordable and delicious- with flatbread sandwiches, pad thai, and rice bowls. It is great!

Excellent Steak. We went for dinner and three of us ordered steak(bistro, ribeye and sirloin) All three steaks were of high quality and cooked perfectly and everyone enjoyed their sides. The waiter was friendly and we got our food, drinks etc in a timely manner but we waited a long time for the check. I will go back and try the fish tacos.

Best Steak in Springfield. The food was fantastic. I had the dry aged ribeye and I was very impressed with the flavor. My wife had the Mahi fish tacos, really cool how this plate was put together, not your typical fish taco. The atmosphere was different but fun and didn’t quite match the level of the menu. Fire and Ice is a little hard to find but it is worth making the trip across town.
