New discovery, new hangout. Good coffee, great food, relaxed, hip, fun atmosphere. Very comfortable feel makes it a great hangout. The pumpkin cheesecake is awesome (and I’m not a cheescake fan!), and the tomato basil soup is top-notch. Their quiches are excellent. We’ll be back again and again!
Wow says it all. In a coffee shop, ambiance means nothing to me without good coffee. Hebrews coffee has both! The owners of this establishment are passionate about coffee and it is evident in the quality of their product. Their food and pastries are incredible as well. I highly recommend this place whether you are meeting up with friends, need a place to relax with a good cup of coffee, or looking to try something new for lunch.
Great atmophere and even better coffee! Their food is also excellent and the price is right. This is definitely a great find and a place with something for everyone.
Good oatmeal…….even better….the chicken salad sandwiches…..the best soups…….and the coffee drinks are great!! The baristas are very friendly….even the affable chap in the hoodie!!

Try The Chai!. Hebrews Coffee has the best Coffee and some awesome Chai Tea! Hebrews is a great place that students can go and study. They have some of the best coffee, Smoothies and Chai tea. The staff is super friendly and personable!
Great live music on the weekends and awesome atmosphere! Great lunch with homemade bread and the chicken salad is the best in springfield. This is a must to become your everyday coffee hangout!
