Yum!. What is it about their French bread smeared with mayo? Unbelievably tasty. Seriously good sandwiches. I’m a vegetarian, so I stick to #6 and am always happy with the choice. Their wheat bread sandwiches and lettuce wraps are also very good. My only complaint is the volume of the music there–and this is true of nearly every JJ’s. I love loud music. But I am more comfortable shouting my drink order at a bar than at someone making my sandwich when I’m having lunch with a colleague. And yes, it’s a terrible place to have a meal with people you’d actually like to speak to.But sandwiches (chips, cookies, whatever) to go or for delivery are always perfect.
