Really wasn’t as good as some of the cheap places.’the hot and sour soup was really good though.
We really did not like it! We went through the drive thru which was painfully slow, car almost ran out of gas waiting. Took way too long, then very small portion and way overpriced. We should have stayed with our usual China Wok, best place we’ve been to for the price! I gotta tell ya granny this place blows!
It’s Christmas!!. Twenty years ago when we moved to Springfield it took a very short time before finding Leong’s restaurant on Sunshine but a few short years later they closed. I had no idea how much we would all miss them. In fact until I had eaten at the new restaurant I really didn’t remember how much I was missing! After eating there once and finding I was forced to drive from Billings (20 mi) each day thereafter to have the excellent food I’d been missing did I find the delightful difference a truly excellent meal makes in one’s day! Thanks for the great gift Leong’s!!! I have and will be back!!! Ho Ho Ho!!
Just got done and it was OMG amazing-not cheap but delicious. We had cashew chicken (duh) vegetable stir fry, kids Mac and cheese (yes we drove 3hrs for mac and cheese) and pad Thai. It was all wonderful. Loved the hot tea as well-server was very polite and attentive. David was even there overlooking it all.
Still my favorite for cashew chicken & they have the best egg rolls, always good and sometimes it’s really good
Wing Fan. I’ve been a Wing Leong fan for years. His food knowledge and insight into culinary delight have changed the way I see food. Though Springfield cashew chicken was around long before I lived in the area, I’d never heard of it. I was excited to try something new, something everyone talked about, something everyone seemed to love. Finally, the moment arrived and they weren’t kidding. THE BEST EVER! I’ve traveled all over and tried many varieties of cashew chicken, but I’ve always come back to the best.The new diner has a great menu; the pork chops and steaks are yummy. The upside down mango cake = delicious. But, let’s face it, there is only one restaurant in town that does cashew chicken the right way…Leong’s Asian Diner. GO THERE! ENJOY!
Excellent! I had the best ribeye ever the sauce on the side was incredible, the cut was super thick and it was cook to perfection. It was served w garlic mash potatoes and grilled asparagus. It was 16.95 and I got two more meals from it. The portion was very generous. It was a special and I always try to order their specials because their specials are amazing. Oh and if you have never tried their mango upside down cake, do. It is a little slice of heaven.
