Awful customer service, open tables and no seating? That is poor customer service. If you want to be a good restaurant you need to handle your clientele. That’s it for that place, and I have a large customer base. I hope the restaurant realizes this….
Staff was exceptional, cold bar was spot on (great ceviche). There was an loud group of customers, and a LOUDMOUTH blowhard at the bar (in a separate room no less) but could be heard throughout the place. The meat was so-so not the best quality but plenty of quantity.
Not up to par. If you have been to other Brazilian grills, you will be disappointed. The meat is suffix7, the side dish bar is acceptable, but ReRico does not hold up to other roizio restaurants.
Just… WOW.. If you haven’t eaten here then you haven’t fully lived your life. Seriously. The cold bar is wonderful with over 30 different choices and all delicious. Some restaurants like to do sub-par cold food but not ReRico, they kept the best food going from start to finish. The meats were so amazing and literally melted in your mouth. Filet mignon, meatloaf, sea bass and the house rump roast were especially great! The desserts are all homemade and the flan was to die for but that jamaican espresso was THE BOMB! I could live off of that. On top of all of this, the service was THE BEST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER experienced in the Springfield area. Actually, in any area. A BIG thanks to Devon our meat carver/server and Asia our waitress, they were attentive, kind and so genuine. Literally the best experience we have ever had in our lives and we will go back as often as we can!!! 5 stars and beyond!!!!! We LOVE YOU ReRico!
Many other better places in town!. This was my first time at Re Rico ( went frequently when it was Rodizio) and was extremely let down by the food and the service. The salad bar was standard buffet fare- nothing exceptional. I am really disappointed in the table service. I had my peg turned to green and actually had to stop multiple servers to get meat/side service. When the meat portions were served all that was given literally was a forkful of meat. Better not want bread with your meal either- while there were 2 of us at the table – 2 small dried out rolls the size of a 50 cent piece is not what I consider bread service with a meal. As a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and I am well versed in upscale casual dining..and for the price ( our bill was $60 for 2- one coke, one coffee, one desert added) a person would expect to get their money’s worth in meal- not left lacking in what you except from a Brazilian steakhouse. I will spend my money on one of the many other restaurants in Springfield which offer exceptional service and steaks/food….not Re Rico
Incredibly Good. I took my Mom and sister along with my family and friend. It was my Mom, sister, and friends first time at a Brazilian style restaurant and they loved it. The atmosphere, service, and food are all great. You have got to try the campriana and the Xingu beer, fantastic. More incredible tasting food than you can imagine. We all left stuffed and were unable to try the delicious looking deserts. I will definetly go back here every chance I get.
Great restaurant. Food was great and service was even better. The owner served several of the meats himself and loved to joke around. Definitely got my moneys worth and will be going again.
