Really good barbecue. I’ve had the PBS (pork, brisket & sausage) sandwich & the Smothered Carolina (pulled pork, slaw, smoked cheddar & jalapeos) sandwich. Both sandwiches were good but messy. The PBS comes with a choice of sausage which I appreciate as well. I’ve also tried their burnt ends, but the ones I received were the last ones of the day. They had a great flavor but were greasy (I think the grease was due to them sitting in the bottom of the pan). I will have to get there earlier & try them again. Btw we were there a touch before noon so the burnt ends sell quick. I also tried the smoked mac and cheese & smoked potato salad. Both were fine but neither were fantastic. I enjoy the clean look of the place & I like that they cut the meat right in front of you.
