First off, after reading additional reviews, I noticed that they did change the salsa policy. Salsa is now free with your meal. Beyond that, I had the incredible Sriracha Tuna taco, and my fianc had the Gourmet Chicken Enchilada. Our food was gigantic. One taco was more than enough! Mine was delicious, and very spicy. Just the way I like it. The woman I believe is the owner said it was her favorite, and I see why! The tuna is cooked perfectly, and the combination of spinach, pineapples, feta, and cucumber is spot on. Flavor explosion! I didn’t have a chance to ask my fianc. He inhaled it. Now on to the sopapilla cheesecake….. You MUST get it with the cinnamon dream ice cream on top! So. Good.

The roared soft shell Fajita Chicken Was yummy as well. It was hard to choose which to order but they were both excellent choices!!
My favorite place to eat in Springfield. Their menu is huge! They have so much to pick from that I’ve never eaten the same thing twice. They have awesome salsas that they make fresh EVERY DAY, and their guacamole is the most flavorful I’ve ever had, including when I lived in Texas and New Mexico. Servers are awesome and friendly, and they even have a drive-thru. But if you dine in, you get to try their delicious margaritas 🙂 Seriously, so glad I found this gem!!
