We searched from the road on our way from Tulsa. BEST DECISION OF OUR TRIP was eating here. 2 adults, 4 kids & we were AMAZED. The service was wonderful. The food INCREDIBLE. & best value for our dollar! We’ll roadtrip just to eat here again!

I think they use mostly liquid smoke but the price and food is good so only hurts if you’re a purist.
I cannot say enough good things about this place.of course, the bbq is awesome, but there is a surprise almost every day as well. For example almost every thursday right now is fried chicken-the best fried chicken. Chris is also always working up new healthy foods you may not expect at a bbq place like wraps and salads and black bean burgers. Its well worth asking if he has anything that he recommends for the day. Kid friendly as well which is a huge plus.
Best BBQ in Springfield. LOVE St George’s. I first had St Geroges via catering several times at parties and thought it was wonderful. My husband loves the wet one/pulled pork, and is hands down the best BBQ in town. My son goes there several times a week and gets the smokey ham and cheddar it is always a large portion and he says they must put nicotine in it because if he goes 3 days without it he craves it!!! The staff and owner are always very nice and good service. His main business is catering, but there is room to eat there and dont let it scare you off because it is a smaller BBQ place, it is soooo worth the wait and we will be going back over and over again.
Great menu! We were helped by a great man named Chris and he was so friendly and helpful. Thier food was extremely well priced – it was less than $15 for my husband and my meal both including drinks. We sat outside in the sun and the food was served quickly and omg was it good!
