In need of coffee and wishing to close-out my Starbucks card we stopped in on our drive home from Branson. We found the typical Starbucks, busy drive-thru but no line inside. The barista was friendly and we had our coffees in very short order. The brewed coffee (Christmas Roast) was again typical Starbucks, over-roasted and brewed too hot. The PSL was good. I will have too do some more research, there is bound to be real coffee in Springfield somewhere, I hope…
I drink Starbucks daily. For some reason this Starbucks location (S Campbell) is the slowest one I have ever been to. For example, I ordered an Americano thru the drive thru this morning. Only 1 car in front of me. Took 13 minutes. Unacceptable.
I’m a 2-3x daily customer and unfortunately I avoid this location at all costs. This morning I was in a 4 car line for 19 minutes (only one frap ordered out of the four cars). Unacceptable. This is after avoiding for many months. I travel, and have experienced significantly busier Stbks, yet with quicker, more efficient and quality drinks. I know this location gets busy (for SGF) but they need to figure it out…
