Haven’t had their coffee but they have some out of the ordinary beers that really surprised me. It pays to check regularly what’s on tap.
Delicious!. My wife and I were visiting from Colorado, and this place was recommended to us by a friend. Delicious house coffee, really cool atmosphere. Coffee Ethic provided us with a great place to take a breather and have a nice cup of tasty, reasonably priced coffee. Definitely recommend it!
Favorite Coffee in Springfield…so far. The Coffee Ethic has my vote for best coffee in Springfield. (though i’ve yet to try Big Momma’s and Hero’s). Some of the smoothest coffee I’ve had in a long time. I love the environment too. It’s never too crowded (unlike Mudhouse), and it connects with a library right on the square of Springfield!I think I’ve found a new study place…
Ethiopian coffee WOW. Fun atmosphere, and you can drink your coffee in the library next door if you want. My cup of Ethiopian brew was AMAZING! The bagel place inside The Coffee Ethic makes some great sandwiches too.
Love it!!!!! They know coffee! It is not your plain loaded down with sugar chain like starbucks. It is really good coffee and the presentation isn’t bad either!
Not the best place in town, but worth the time to stop in.
