Great food and amazing atmosphere. It is perfect to bring your family and eat good quality food. One of my favorite restaurants. My family loves to go to the grotto and to eat food.
Long time patron of The Grotto. Tonight, I was greeted with upcharges and poor service. I asked about the charges and was told it was the policy for any substitution. Same person brought food to the table and left food without speaking. I got up to get the condiments that are not available. She was preoccupied texting. I will say not a normal experience but would expect more for a ticket approaching $19 for one person
Went there with family. I had the Korean Tacos and two things worth noting. First the sauce seem to be nothing more than teriyaki. I’m used to noticeable spice kick with Korean sauces. The other thing was the tortilla was a plain unheated flour tortilla. I will say the beef was cooked perfectly, not overdone. Also the shredded veggies went well with it.When in the area again I will try to drop in and try other items.
