One if my faves no longer. Four of us went to Touch for my sister’s birthday this evening. I arrived first and should have asked for a different table and server right off. I ordered the Pinot Grigio and she brought me the Pinot noir. When my party arrived we notified her the table wobbled. She did nothing until we asked the hostess if she could move us because the drinks were sloshing and would no doubt spill with the slightest shift in the table. We asked about the pizza that day and she had to go ask what it was. She then realized she did not leave the menu that listed the specials. We then tried to order only to be told because of the holiday they were out of several things. Would have been nice to know that prior to trying to decide what we wanted. The bar messed up a whiskey and Coke ordered by a member of our party. Only part of our order was brought to the table about 15 minutes after ordering. We waited over 45 minutes for my pizza that I ordered and the rest of my group’s order was brought. I had another engagement and had to request my pizza be boxed without actually getting to try it. The time which they took to cook it left me with no time to eat. They did but they just threw it in the box where it became one cheesy mess with all the toppings sticking to the paper napkin in the box. Found out after I left that a member of our party that ordered the salmon dip was actually brought the salmon entree one reason I believe it took over 45 minutes to complete our order. They did correct that mistake and only charged her for the dip. The other issue was our waitress kept disappearing. The food quality was not what it had been in the past either. I will need to find a new restaurant for my future special occasions. After this experience I will not be going back.
The food is ok Nothing spec…. The food is okNothing specialGirls have push up bras I guess that makes the ratings go up, making men feel special for just looking at something they can’t have ha-ha… So as usual it is somewhat pathetic But they do provide a good serviceGreat music tooWorth visiting
A little pricey, but food was divine and the service was stellar. Sam was very helpful with wine selection.
Wonderful evening! The service was great, we ate in the lounge area. We loved the eclectic decor and the music was good – Black Keys, Kings of Leon, Miike Snow, etc. we had about 8 different small plates- all were great! Favorites were Dr.Pepper short ribs, muscles, and bacon wrapped medallion with flash fried spinach. We will be back!
Great collection of food on their menu both dining and lounge sides. Nice to be able to eat inexpensive with friends but also go on a romantic date and choose something a little pricier. Definitely try the Shrimp Bijans, tuna, or any of the Flame steaks (dry aged from their sister restaurant). Good selection of wines by the bottle. Always great service on the dining side and definitely ask for Amanda on the lounge side. Enjoy!
Fun Night. Had dinner at Touch for the first time in a while and was very pleased. Our server was Sam and he did a great job of taking care of us. Great service and good food. The Mediterranean nachos are my recomendation for an appetizer.
You can take the boy out of the country but…. Touch has the smacking of a bar owner gone restaurateur as the staff looked like they belonged in Hooter’s. Not what I expected in what many consider a fine dining establishment.Pricey and a very odd representation of refinement in dining.Food was and has always been just hit or miss. On the high side of pricing. I say roll the dice at Touch. Do you feel lucky?
