  Last chance for Zios. We tried Zios again today. We hadn’t been in a while because we were disappointed last time. One of our children picked it for their birthday dinner. It was horrible! Dirty dishes from the bread plates, to the silverware to one of the bowls that the pasta was brought out in . Think red sauce dried on in a bowl of pasta with a white sauce. The booster chair they brought my daughter was dirty with sauce, I had to clean it before she could sit in it. And we were the second customers of the day! Food was marginal. Every piece of chicken in my dish was chewy. Pizza was on the burned side. We asked for boxes for the leftovers. The waitress took the dishes back, (which I hate!) and did not bring all of our food. My son ate maybe a fourth of a dinner portion and she brought back a small little of box of pasta. the bill they brought out had a suggested gratuity that included the part of the bill that is tax. You don’t have to pay gratuity on tax and they shouldn’t suggest that should. There are a lot of things I can overlook or give the benefit of the doubt for, everyone has a bad day. But, dirty dishes is not one. If the dishes are that dirty, what does the back look like? $100 down the toilet.
