Not sure what was happening in prior years, but my hubby and I have ate there at least a dozen times this year and we love it. The service is sometimes a little slow, but the food is worth it. It’s all fresh cooked and I don’t see walmart hamburgers being served. We will continue to frequent when down at the lake.

Nothing Fresh. If you like frozen proccesed food you will like the Rusty Skillet. Premade frozen low quality food at ridiculously high prices. The home fries are deep fried and held all day resulting in rock like like greasy chunks. Their burgers are made from low quality cheap meat from Wal Mart and usually mold can be found on the buns. They care about money and not food qaulity. Very poor food and service to match.
