Was greeting and sat at a sticky table and crumbs on our booth seat. This night seemed to be a little bit for one server to handle. All the others were getting off and she was taking practically every table. Waited for drinks a long time.bSteak was cut uneven, there for, only a bite or two was cooked correctly and the outside was burnt. The mac and cheeses noodles could’ve been cooked 5 minutes longer and the cheese sauce wasn’t a sauce. Noodles were not covered like it should’ve been. I had 3 ranches to choose from and 2 of them had a little nat in it. Good thing we can pay on the tablet because we would have been waiting on our poor server to do a million things before getting back to us.

Confronted the waiter to have management do something and nothing was ever done. There were children near and others were complaining about this also!!! Very poor management and the meal was not cooked properly either….This was on Saturday nite at 6…..Now we know who the manager on duty was, don’t we? Will………This was in the Heights……

Go to West End Applebee’s. I have never had good service at this Applebee’s, and the servers have never been friendly. Each time I’ve ordered there, the food has been cold, or wrong, or both. Do yourself a favor and go to the West End Applebee’s and get better service.
